The fall is here and the tourists are gone and the weather is WONDERFUL! Real estate in Myrtle Beach is going crazier than ever, and I'm enjoying being in the middle of it. I've made so many friends from agents everywhere that I feel like one of them..and it's really nice. Real estate marketing is going as strong as sales, and I'm now self-employed. Couldn't be happier. People out there looking for investments - You need to strongly consider the pre-construction condo deals in Myrtle Beach and parts of Florida. People are making money hands over fists. I wish I had enough to get into it. With all the mess in Florida, the re-building will probably really go nuts. Oh well, just wanted to post a happy post!
