Just to get it out of the way, it was a sad day yesterday. Oh well, four years and we'll try again.

I've started a new Real Estate Blog for those who are interested in new preconstruction real estate in Myrtle Beach and elsewhere if someone wants to post it.

This blog is now open for anyone to post. If it's vulgar it will be deleted, so please keep it clean if you do.
